Stakeholder Management is intended for both project managers and individual team members who want to better understand and manage project stakeholders.

Who should attend?

This course is designed for those who wish to better understand and apply the process of risk management in a project.   This course also applies to Program or Project Managers who are responsible for managing multiple projects and the associated risk processes to ensure success across the organization.
