Enterprise Project Management Ltd. (EPM) is a Chartered Global Registered Educational Provider® (R.E.P.®) through the Project Management Institute® (P.M.I.®).

At EPM we have spent many years researching the best programs and courses to meet our customer needs.

EPM completed its fiscal year 2009/2010 on July 31, 2010. This marks the end of our thirteen successful year as a corporation. We have had a very busy and successful year with both the training and consulting arms of our organization.

Over this last year, great opportunities have also proliferated. EPM is currently pursuing several opportunities locally and internationally for Project Management training and consulting.

PMI has informed Enterprise Project Management that they are extending their certification of EPM’s Global Registered Educational Provider status through 2010. EPM has completed the development of its First Nations Project Management Program. This new program for First Nations Citizens comprises of three Modules, “Getting Started, Taking Control and Accomplishing Goals/Leadership”. The initial feedback of this program has been very encouraging with learning expectations being exceeded from the students participating.Some of the highlights for 2008/2009 include:

• 20% increase in Project Management consulting assignments
• 15% increase in the number of student training days completed over the previous year
• Continuation of First Nation Citizen program
• Requested speaker and Facilitation engagements increased globally
• Development and production of EPM’s LifeCycle Toolkit. (This tool allows an individual to select which process of a project they are on and select PM Templates that are applicable to that process)
• Implementation of 11 Project Management Office systems within Private and Government Offices

EPM has been successful in increasing its visibility through attendance at Project World events, attendance at National Assemblies, various career fairs, request speaking engagements, managing strategic project assignments to successful completion and providing learning expectations from its PM program that exceed student expectations.

The upcoming year promises further opportunities and challenges. Our Team at EPM is strong and dedicated to its clients and students. EPM is looking for new challenges and alliances in the coming years.
